The Right of the Clinical Training for the Medical Students and Privacy of the Patients

Abstract
For prevention of the diseases and health benefits with high quality, the clinical education of school of medicine or medical college is required. The efforts for detection of appropriate medical education dependant on rapidly changing health care environment. A state examination for medical doctor, which includes theoretical test and clinical performance examination, have increased the quality for medical doctor. At this time, clinical training in the hospital for medical students is reliably and expanding. However clinical training was inadequate because of the privacy of patients and prejudices of target for clinical practice. Especially, obstetrics and gynecology, urology which deal with genital and reproductive system, are at issue. This paper is to review the legal issues related to clinical practice and the clinical practise, and to investigate improvement methods. It is possible for students to perform the skill and treatment under supervisor. There have been the ranges and hospitals allowed the clinical training for students but are not rules for guarantee of the right of learning for student. In conclusion, most of the students have provided with standard rules to deal successfully physician in the future. Also, training of medical students with the right to privacy, and physical protection of patients are often conflicting. The protection for personal information of patients and the increasing ethics for medical student will be made and the environment for clinical training will be made.
